1. Acceptance and Application of Agreement

1.1 Welcome to "LifeChoice" (the "App"). This App is developed and operated by [Developer Name/Individual Developer] ("we" or "us").

1.2 This User Service Agreement ("this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.

• Randomly selecting items
• Saving and viewing history records

2.2 We have the right to adjust or change the functions, interface, service content, etc. of the App according to business development needs, without prior notice to users.

3. User Qualification and Account

3.1 You must be a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct, or a legal person or other organization with legal qualifications.

3.2 This App can be used without registration, and your data will be stored only locally on your device.

4. Rules of Use

4.1 When using the App, you shall comply with the following provisions:

• Comply with the laws, regulations and policies of the People's Republic of China
• Comply with social morality and public order
• Do not use the App for illegal or criminal activities
• Do not interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the App
• Do not infringe on the legal rights and interests of others

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All contents of the App, including but not limited to software, code, design, icons, text, pictures, audio, video, trademarks, logos, etc., are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations.

5.2 We own all intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret, etc.

5.3 When using the App, you only obtain the right to use the App, and shall not infringe on our intellectual property rights.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 All data of the App is stored locally on your device and will not be uploaded to any server.

6.2 We do not collect, store or transmit any of your personal information.

6.3 You shall be responsible for backing up and protecting locally stored data by yourself, and we shall not be responsible for data loss or damage.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The App is provided "AS IS", and we do not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranty of merchantability

7.2 We shall not be responsible for the following situations of the App:

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Changes, Interruption or Termination of Service

9.2 We shall not be responsible to users or third parties when services are changed, interrupted or terminated.

10. Changes to Agreement

10.1 We have the right to modify the contents of this Agreement at any time according to changes in laws and regulations or business development needs.

10.2 The modified Agreement will be published in the App and notified to you through appropriate means before taking effect.

10.3 If you continue to use the App, it means you agree to the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you should stop using the App.

11. Termination of Agreement

11.1 If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we have the right to immediately terminate your right to use the App.

11.2 You can stop using the App at any time, thus terminating this Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the competent people's court.

13. Other Terms

13.1 If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other terms.

13.2 Our failure to exercise any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.3 This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App, replacing all previous oral or written agreements.
